I write the copy, build the machine that runs it, and stand behind what it earns.
Creative. Technical. Business. Most operators speak one. I'm fluent in all three. The receipts back it up.
I've written the checks. I treat your budget like it's my own.
Shipped work in more than a hundred tools. Listing them would run longer than this page, so the case studies name the ones that earned a mention.
Sales & Growth
I read your one-star reviews before I write your ads.
You have traffic. You have a product. The conversion rate is flat and you can't tell whether it's the offer, the page, the sequence, or the qualification. Three agencies have rebuilt three different things and the number didn't move.
I read your support tickets, your sales-call transcripts, and the 1-star reviews of your three closest competitors before I write a line of copy. The diagnosis comes first. The rebuild follows. One agency's cost per qualified lead dropped from about $50 to under $10 once I rebuilt the intake as a long-form application that trained the ad pixel while it filtered. Usually you have a qualification problem, not a lead problem.
If you've spent more than $20K on agencies in the last year and you still can't name the specific reason your conversion rate is what it is, that's the engagement.
Data & Decisions
Your dashboard says the Tuesday ad sold them. It didn't.
You run GA4 on its defaults with last-click attribution, and your board deck is full of charts nobody acts on. Meanwhile the three numbers that would actually shift how you allocate the next quarter's budget are unmeasured, unmodeled, or only known to one person on your team.
I pull the qualitative signal from Reddit, support tickets, sales calls, and 1-star reviews, then build the pipelines, dashboards, and attribution models around your questions. Platforms were never built to talk to each other, and their exports serve machines rather than the person making the call. I stitched 50+ solar ad accounts into one intelligence layer on BigQuery and Google Data Studio across 2020 and 2021, so the whole portfolio could be read and optimized at the regional level. Very few advertisers had that stack at the time. The data gets versioned, tested, and monitored like any revenue system, because a wrong number in a board deck costs more than a wrong number in a log.
If you're walking into a board meeting next quarter and you don't have one chart you can defend without hedging, that's the engagement.
AI & Systems
I build the smallest thing that solves your problem. Then I ship it.
You watched a demo. You saw the prompt. The demo works. Production is a different problem: what happens when fifty customers hit it at once, when the LLM provider deprecates the model, when the data drifts. The right person to answer that question is someone who has shipped agents to production and watched them break in ways the demo never showed.
I build the engineering around the model. RAG with citations as first-class objects, agents with visible tool calls, eval suites and drift monitoring. My own retrieval engine indexes a 5-million-word corpus with cluster-semantic chunking and serves it to any agent that asks. It ships the way production code ships: planned, tested against regression suites, merged, then watched for drift. My paranoia about precision comes from algorithmic-trading work, where a single bug could cost someone their house.
If your engineering team can tell the difference between a demo and a system, but you don't have anyone with both the AI engineering and the marketing-ops experience to scope this against revenue instead of hype, that's the engagement.
People · Product · Process.
Most consulting frameworks are sales tools that ate their function. They start as a way to organize messy reality and end as a way to bill more hours. PPP runs the other direction. It's a diagnostic tool, and the diagnosis is the part you can hold me to.
The problem exists whether you're there to solve it or not. You research the human on the other side before you write any copy or build any funnel. What do they hate? What do they want? What bad experiences do they still carry?
Now you build the offer. Benefits stack first, then the message that names them, then the irresistible offer that bundles them. You're selling the change itself, from where they are now to where they want to be.
Lastly, you build the machine that delivers it. Qualify ruthlessly. Convert the qualified. Onboard so well the customer evangelizes for you. Done well, fulfillment is just a math problem. And I'm very, very good at math problems.
Every engagement starts with the Roadmap.
Then you pick one of three monthly retainers, depending on what you need.
You get a quick diagnostic audit that maps where you're losing money, and a written plan you keep.
Start with the RoadmapYou get a senior operator's judgment on standing access: strategy, direction, and review of what your team ships.
Open the conversationI ship systems monthly against your Roadmap, with strategy included rather than billed twice.
Open the conversationI run the strategy, build, and operation of your revenue machine, and I'm accountable for the whole chain.

I've documented 31 engagements in detail across 3 service lines. The receipts are the evidence. The pattern that carries from one to another is how the diagnosis gets done. Pick the service that looks like the work you do, and the rest of the library opens from there.
